At ALI, we take your privacy interests seriously. This statement reflects our company policy and commitment to protecting information we learn from visitors to www.bullitics.com (the “Site”). Please read this Privacy Policy before using the Site and/or providing any personal information. The use of the Site and your disclosure of personal information is completely voluntary. By accessing and using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy.
ALI reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Modifications to this Privacy Policy we will be noted on any updated version (refer to the “Effective date” above). You agree that you are responsible for checking back for changes before each use of a Site. Your continued use of a Site will denote that you agree to the Privacy Policy as posted at the time of use.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Non-personal Information. This ALI Site may use “cookies” and may record certain non-personal information from users to help a Site be more useful, including but not limited to, what type of software the user is using to browse the Internet, the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL” or “web address”) that the user visited before and after the ALI Web Site, the user's IP address and the user's Internet service provider. Personal Information. The Site allows for the collection of personal information from users who are 18 years of age and older, including the user's name, e-mail address, home or mailing address, telephone number, and birth date (“Personal Information”). The submission of Personal Information is voluntary. By providing Personal Information, the user consents to the collection and use of such by ALI and its affiliates for the purposes for which the information was given and as stated in this Policy.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Use of Personal Information. ALI and its affiliates use Personal Information for internal business purposes, to communicate to the user and to communicate to those persons authorized by the user. For example, we may send you notifications about your account, about communications from other users, and/or request your feedback on the Site. We may also send you newsletters or notify you of new products and services from either affiliated or unaffiliated companies we believe that you might find beneficial. Personal Information will not be traded, licensed, sold or used for external purposes except as authorized by the user. Notwithstanding this policy, electronic communications have inherent risks to privacy and security. We recommend that you NOT post or transmit any information to or through a Site that you want to keep absolutely private! If your Personal Information is to be disclosed to a third party or used for a purpose other than its original purpose or the purpose authorized subsequently by you, we will provide you an affirmative or explicit (“opt in”) choice for the disclosure. We will require that any such third party enter into a written agreement requiring that the third party provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by the relevant principles in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your Personal Information (in confidence) to a prospect new owner of the Site or transfer your Personal Information to a new owner of the Site without additional prior notice to you or consent, so long as the continued use of the Personal Information is not incompatible with the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by you. Under such circumstances, the current Privacy Policy will continue in effect unless you are notified otherwise before any such transfer. We may aggregate Personal Information from our users and use that aggregated non-personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. If we do so, we would not provide information that would allow such third parties to specifically identify you. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, we may disclose at our sole discretion and without notice to you, non-personal information and/or Personal Information as is necessary and appropriate to comply with appropriate laws, orders of competent legal or government authorities and law enforcement persons and agencies, in order to protect our interests and property.
MANAGE YOUR INFORMATION
Review/Correction/Removal of Personal Information – Opt Out. A user may review, correct and/or delete Personal Information through online account settings (as made available) or by e-mailing a request to remove@bullitics.com. As Site settings and account settings permit, users may also control the viewing of user account profiles, Personal Information and transmission of public or private messages to persons as authorized by the user on the Site. Users may also “opt out” of receiving communications from ALI or other users, for example, new offers, contests or products, by advising us by using site settings (as made available) or by e-mail request to remove@bullitics.com.
HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE
Security. User accounts containing Personal Information reside on a secure server. We use standard industry security measures to protect the information we store on our servers from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. If you register with our Site, your user account is protected by a password of your choosing. We believe that these measures are reasonable and adequate. However, and despite these measures, it is impossible for us to guarantee absolute security. We rely on the username and password you supply to confirm access to your account. You understand that you are solely responsible for any access and use of a Site using your username and password.
Third Party Linked Sites
Our Site may include links to third-party websites and may display advertisements shown by third parties often referred to as third-party ad servers. Ad servers may use tools such as cookies to track the response to certain advertisements. We do not have any control over the privacy policies of these third-party websites and third-party ad servers and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
